About the role

Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking a Verizon Wireless Small Business Account Manager to join our team in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The position offers a competitive compensation package including up to $100,000.00 in base pay plus sales bonuses and incentives, along with a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce, prospect, and engage with VZ campaigns daily
  • Lead call blitzes, review performance with leadership, and track sales progress
  • Maintain monthly sales targets, lead 1:1 meetings with District Managers, and provide region-wide updates
  • Exceed sales and revenue targets as assigned by senior leadership
  • Generate and execute a market strategy to increase foot traffic and community outreach
  • Stay up-to-date on Verizon offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Create standard operating procedures for maximum effectiveness
  • Conduct regular weekly performance management coaching sessions
  • Ensure market compliance with Verizon Wireless and company policies and procedures
  • Inspect that assigned stores remain audit compliant and protect customer information
  • Deliver customized solutions across Verizon’s suite of wireless, voice, and security products and services
  • Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other wireless businesses where you managed a team of people for performance
  • 1 year or more of outside sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire employees and people around you
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus
  • Ability to understand, explain, and break down behaviors to drive key performance metrics
  • Highly proficient with technology including cellular devices, computers, point of sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required
  • Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service
  • Able to travel to various locations in your assigned district as business needs dictate
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
