Verizon Value - Field Sales Representative - $500 Sign-On Bonus!!!
As a Verizon Value Field Sales Representative, you will serve as the in-store brand ambassador for a major national carrier across assigned retail locations. This customer-facing retail sales role is ideal for candidates with experience in field sales, wireless sales, retail sales, brand advocacy, and/or customer engagement.
About the role
Availability: July 6, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (possible extension). 30 hours per week with Friday to Sunday availability.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage retail customers to uncover needs, identify purchasing intent, and create sales opportunities
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations of wireless devices, service plans, and current promotions
- Clearly explain pricing, features, and value propositions to support informed customer purchase decisions
- Close sales and guide customers through the purchase process with a consultative, service-oriented approach
- Build strong working relationships with store leadership and associates to support in-store execution and sales success
- Coach and influence store teams to strengthen brand advocacy and support sell-through of telecommunication products
- Maintain merchandising, signage, and display standards to ensure strong brand presentation in assigned locations
- Track performance, customer interactions, and key performance indicators using required reporting tools and systems
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive activity to help inform program performance and field strategy
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort using digital tools and reporting platforms
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs
Pay
Wage: $25/hour. Bonus compensation includes:
- $500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days employed
- $1.50–$5/hour bonus based on KPI metrics met, paid in full at the end of the program
