Verizon Value - Field Sales Representative - $500 Sign-On Bonus!!!
Availability: July 6, 2024 – December 31, 2026 (possible extension), 30 hours/week with Thursday to Sunday availability.
About the role
As a Verizon Value Field Sales Representative, you will serve as the in-store brand ambassador for a major national carrier across assigned retail locations. In this customer-facing retail sales role, you will promote product awareness, educate shoppers on wireless devices, plans, and promotions, and convert conversations into sales by delivering confident, consultative, and solution-oriented experiences. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in field sales, wireless sales, retail sales, brand advocacy, and/or customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers to uncover needs and purchasing intent
- Deliver compelling demonstrations of devices, plans, and promotions
- Clearly explain pricing, features, and value propositions
- Close sales and guide customers through purchase decisions
- Build strong relationships with store leadership and associates
- Coach and influence store teams to drive brand advocacy
- Maintain merchandising, signage, and display standards
- Track performance, customer interactions, and KPIs
- Share insights on market trends and competitive activity
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort using digital tools and reporting platforms
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs
Pay
$20/hour plus a bonus compensation element. $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.
