About the role
As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers connect, work, watch, game, and stream with the latest devices. You’ll partner with customers to find the best Verizon plans and services for their needs, ensuring they leave informed and satisfied. This role involves building relationships, addressing customer concerns, and staying current on new technology products and services.
Responsibilities
- Service customer needs and make recommendations based on their specifications
- Develop new consumer and business accounts
- Provide outstanding service during and after the sale
- Recommend changes in products and services
- Stay current on the newest technology products and services
Requirements
- Driven, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and utilize proven sales techniques
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated to manage responsibilities successfully
- Strong negotiating and follow-up skills
- Understanding of new technology products and services
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles

Pay
Earning potential is commission-based, with rates varying by product/service sold and other factors. Average pay in 2023 for Dealers working at least 30 hours per week was $62,030.96 per year (range: $37,000–$110,000).
