About the Role
Cellular Sales is Verizon’s premier retail partner, with nearly 800 stores across 40 states and a 30-year reputation for unmatched in-person customer experiences. As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers connect, work, watch, game, and stream with the latest devices. You’ll partner with customers to find the best Verizon plans and services for their needs, ensuring they leave informed and satisfied. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships and trust within the communities we serve.
Pay
Average and high-end Sales Consultants earn $45,000 – $100,000+ per year through competitive commissions, the highest in the industry.

Responsibilities
- Service customer needs and make recommendations based on their specifications
- Develop new consumer and business accounts
- Provide outstanding service during and after the sale
- Recommend changes in products and services
- Stay current on the newest technology products and services
Requirements
- Driven, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and utilize proven sales techniques
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated to manage responsibilities successfully
- Strong negotiating and follow-up skills
- Understanding of new technology products and services
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
