You will partner with customers to find the best Verizon plans and services for their needs, expanding their ability to stay connected.

Responsibilities

• Serve the customer's needs
• Makes recommendations based on customer specifications
• Develops new consumer and business accounts
• Provides outstanding service during and after the sale
• Recommends changes in products and services
• Stays current on the newest technology products and services

Requirements

• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
