Verifier - 1st shift

About the role

The Distribution Center Verifier is responsible for checking and processing all inbound and outbound orders for accuracy. Verifiers perform a variety of functions, including picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Audit inbound and outbound orders for 100% accuracy.
• Interact with pickers and un-loaders to ensure quality standards are met, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
• Verify and receive materials into inventory.
• Mark and inventory packages for storage or transit.
• Palletize and shrink-wrap.
• Cycle count inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the warehouse.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Prior verifying experience desirable.
• Attention to detail and strong math and counting skills.
• Data entry skills/Microsoft Office.

Pay

$22/hour
