Please note, the pay range represents a good faith estimate for the role at the time of posting. Final compensation will be within this range and determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications and any unique requirements, or specialized skill sets relevant to the role. We are committed to maintaining equitable pay across employees in similar roles to ensure fair and consistent compensation practices. We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe from description and summary?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe education etc?), Skills (maybe proficiency etc?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". The posting does not give explicit pay range numbers; it says "Please note, the pay range represents a good faith estimate for the role at the time of posting." No actual numbers given. So we should NOT create a Pay section because no specific pay info. Similarly schedule: they gave schedule info: "The schedule is generally normal Eastern Time Zone business hours (unless otherwise communicated based on position or working location), although the employee may be required to perform work, attend meetings and events before or after normal workings hours, and occasionally on weekends and evenings." That's specific enough to include a Schedule section. Benefits: they list many benefits, so include Benefits section. Qualifications: maybe education and certifications etc. Could combine with Requirements? But we need separate sections if content exists. The posting includes Requirements (experience, etc.) and also Education under Requirements. Could treat Qualifications as education and certifications. But we must not duplicate. Let's see: The posting has "Requirements" block that includes experience preferences, proficiency, education, certifications, years of experience. That's basically qualifications. There's no separate "Qualifications" heading in the source, but we can create a Qualifications section if we have content. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can choose which to include based on content. We have content for About the role (description+summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule. Also maybe Skills (proficiency in MS Office etc.) could be Skills. But we already have proficiency in MS Office under Requirements; could move to Skills. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can reorganize but must preserve all substantive info. We could keep Requirements as is and not create Skills if it's redundant. But we could create Skills section for proficiency in MS Office and maybe other skills like investigative research, etc. However that might split info. Safer to follow the headings that appear in the posting: They have "Description", "Summary", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Working Conditions", "Benefits". There's no explicit "About the role", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Pay", "Schedule". But we can map: About the role could be description+summary. Requirements is present. Benefits present. Schedule can be derived from Working Conditions (schedule info). Qualifications maybe not separate; we could omit. Skills maybe not separate; we could omit. However instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should include only sections with substantive content: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule. Possibly Working Conditions could be merged into Schedule? But schedule is part of Working Conditions; we could create Schedule section with schedule details, and maybe omit Working Conditions entirely. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can put schedule info under Schedule, and other working conditions (remote, office, noise, travel, lifting) maybe could go under About the role or Responsibilities? But they are not about role; they'd be working conditions. Since we don't have a heading for Working Conditions in the allowed list, we could incorporate those details into About the role or Responsibilities? But that might misrepresent. Better to create a section for Working Conditions? Not allowed headings list includes only those; but we could still create a heading like "Working Conditions" if we think it's substantive? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exhaustive? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not create other headings. So we need to fit all info into those headings. Thus we need to distribute: - About the role: description + summary + maybe working conditions details (remote, office, noise, travel, lifting) as they describe role context. - Responsibilities: as given. - Requirements: as given (experience, proficiency, education, certifications, years). - Benefits: as given. - Schedule: schedule details from Working Conditions. We should not include Qualifications or Skills sections unless we have specific content not covered elsewhere. We could put skills under Requirements or About the role. But we have proficiency in MS Office etc. That's a skill; could go under Requirements (already there). So we don't need separate Skills. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove those lines. Also remove duplicated lines (the working conditions paragraph appears twice). We'll keep unique. Now craft HTML. Structure:

About the role

... description + summary + working conditions details (remote, office, noise, travel, lifting) ...

Responsibilities

  • ...
  • ...

Requirements

  • ...
  • ...

Benefits

  • ...
  • ...

Schedule

... schedule details ...

We need to ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's extract About the role content: From Description: "Asurint has redefined screening by blending advanced technology with human insights, creating a smarter, more effective way to screen. Working Conditions details (unique): - The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions typical of offices, including the need for general safe workplace practices with office equipment and computers, avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire regulations.
