Responsibilities
- Fielding a high volume of outbound and/or inbound phone calls
- Transferring customers to the appropriate department(s)
- Holding and resolving customer inquiries
- Being the first point of contact for our customers looking for various products or services
- Such other duties and responsibilities as your managers may assign from time to time
Requirements
- Secure, hardwired high-speed internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivity

- With respect to fielding outbound/inbound phone calls
- To call center managers for line management
