Responsibilities
- Fielding outbound and/or inbound phone calls
- Transferring customers to the appropriate department(s)
- Holding and resolving customer inquiries
- Being the first point of contact for our customers looking for various products or services
- Such other duties and responsibilities as your managers may assign from time to time
Requirements
- Able to work flexible hours on a Monday through Friday schedule from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
- Free from personal responsibilities or obligations that may interfere with their ability to work uninterrupted
