Full-Time Verification Representative (Remote) - TN

Responsibilities

• Fielding outbound and/or inbound phone calls
• Transferring customers to the appropriate department(s)
• Holding and resolving customer inquiries
• Being the first point of contact for our customers looking for various products or services
• Such other duties and responsibilities as your managers may assign from time to time

Requirements

• Able to secure, hardwired high-speed internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivity
• Free from personal responsibilities or obligations that may interfere with their ability to work uninterrupted
