Job Summary

Chateau Ste Michelle Amphitheatre is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant to manage parking operations and guest services.

About the role

The Parking Lot Attendant will oversee parking areas, issue tickets, and handle cash transactions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, preventing incidents, and assisting with post-show cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Direct motorists to parking areas
• Keep parking areas clean and orderly
• Patrol parking areas to prevent damage and theft
• Calculate and collect parking fees
• Lift and move barricades to open or close parking areas
• Inspect vehicles for damage
• Show CARE by participating in sustainability initiatives
• Partner with band members to close venues after shows

Requirements

• One-year previous guest service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Constant walking and occasional sitting required
• Well-groomed appearance
• A high school diploma or GED preferred

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must pass background check
