Venue Parking Attendant

About the Role

Cascades Amphitheater is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant to monitor traffic flow and direct guests in the parking lot area. This role is part of Live Nation’s Concerts Division, where we bring live music to life and create unforgettable experiences for fans.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with instructions for locating vehicles.
• Keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage.
• Direct motorists to parking areas or spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
• Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and theft.
• Greet guests, provide directions, and offer customer service.
• Issue ticket stubs or place numbered tags on windshields, giving guests matching tags for vehicle retrieval.
• Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
• Inspect vehicles for damage.
• Participate in the venue’s sustainability program, including waste sorting, recycling, and fan education.
• Assist with post-show venue closing tasks, such as collecting recyclables and storing event equipment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications

• One year of previous guest service experience preferred, with a focus on courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself professionally, clearly, and concisely.
• Ability to walk constantly and sit occasionally.
• Well-groomed appearance.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.

Pay

The expected compensation for this position is $17.13 USD - $21.00 USD hourly. Pay is based on factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
