About the role
Chateau Rehab and Nursing Center, located in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to lead our 19-bed subacute Vent/Trach Unit. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional clinical care, smooth daily operations, and strong communication across residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a 19-bed subacute unit specializing in vents and trachs
- Conduct admissions and complete comprehensive bedside assessments
- Collaborate and communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Coordinate and manage resident appointments and follow-up care
- Support, guide, and oversee unit staff to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Active RN license (New Jersey)
- Ventilator and trach experience required
- Minimum 2 years of experience, including nursing home experience
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
- Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC)

$100,000–$110,000 annually
