About the Role
Researches and analyzes vendor performance metrics and identifies root cause of recurring compliance issues. Prepares presentations for vendor onsite visits and facilitates problem-solving discussions. Researches shortage deductions, makes recommendations for repayment, and facilitates merchants’ business decisions on open balances.
Responsibilities
- Prepares presentations for key vendors that include relevant information and a focused message.
- Communicates analysis findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Understands vendor scorecard metrics and clearly explains assessments to suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Thoroughly researches assignments and draws logical conclusions from data.
- Regularly engages with key vendors via email, video calls, and onsite visits to address compliance issues and offers suggestions for performance improvement.
- Listens to vendors' concerns and keeps them apprised of progress on open issues.
- Speaks frequently with buyers to discuss key vendors' compliance issues, providing clear and comprehensive explanations of root causes and potential solutions.
- Proactively advises as new issues appear and follows through on issues with a sense of urgency.
- Presents vendor overviews to senior merchants and leadership.
- Utilizes strong organizational partnerships to enhance information sharing, support informed decision-making, and achieve objectives.
- Maintains professionalism across all communication channels.
- Maintains a high level of quality in deliverables, including reviewing vendor scorecards, analyzing performance data, and preparing presentation materials for vendor meetings.
- Processes buyer expedite and exemption requests.
- Checks deliverables for accuracy before submission to avoid rework.
- Demonstrates consistency and thoroughness in work output.
- Follows direction and is comfortable working in ambiguous situations; open to new ideas and work processes.

Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of supply chain or logistics work experience preferred.

Pay
Min-Mid $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 (salaried). Individual pay decisions will be based on qualifications, education, job-related skills, relevant experience, and geographic location.
Schedule
Full-time, hybrid.
