ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and validate Vendor Compliance infractions across Inbound, Transportation, and Customs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper supporting documentation
  • Process Vendor Compliance chargebacks in Navision, ensuring timely, accurate entry and adherence to established guidelines
  • Manage vendor disputes by providing clear, well-supported explanations of infractions and associated charges
  • Lead vendor onboarding and re-onboarding sessions to educate external partners on compliance requirements, routing guidelines, and expectations
  • Promote Vendor Compliance awareness internally by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of policies, procedures, and enforcement standards
  • Maintain and continuously improve Vendor Compliance manuals, SOPs, and training materials to reflect current processes and requirements
  • Generate and analyze compliance reports to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for operational improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing vendor performance and reducing compliance-related costs and inefficiencies
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems related to Vendor Compliance, chargebacks, and reporting

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Center operations, or Vendor Compliance
  • MS Office with advanced proficiency, including the use of pivot tables and formulas for data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Exercise a high degree of independent judgment in making recommendations and decisions, with limited managerial guidance
  • Contributes to the development of departmental strategies

Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work

Some flexibility in hours is permitted, employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and must work 30 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Physical Demands

Office environment with frequent sitting, walking and standing, occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand and finger coordination enabling use of office machinery. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Oral and auditory enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication automated devices such as the telephone.
