Position Summary The Vendor Compliance Analyst monitors, analyzes, and improves vendor compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and operational expectations. This role works closely with vendors, procurement, finance, operations, legal, and internal stakeholders to identify compliance gaps, resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement of the vendor management program. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external vendors. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Monitor, analyze, and identify vendor compliance issues by analyzing weekly Vendor Compliance reports.Escalate significant compliance risks or unresolved issues to appropriate leadership.Maintain accurate vendor compliance records, databases, and reporting systems.Assist with vendor onboarding and ensure required compliance documentation is completed before vendors are approved.Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Legal, Risk, Operations, and other stakeholders to address vendor-related concernsIdentify compliance gaps, risks, trends, and recurring vendor issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.Partner with vendors to resolve documentation deficiencies, compliance exceptions, and performance issues.Conduct periodic vendor reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.Track corrective action plans and follow up with vendors to ensure timely resolution.Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics related to vendor compliance and performance.Work with the EDI team on their EDI Onboarding workflow in Microsoft Flow.Support the development and implementation of vendor compliance policies, procedures, and controls.Identify opportunities to improve vendor processes, controls, reporting, and overall program effectiveness.Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages open feedback, collaboration, and innovation. Job Required Knowledge And Skills Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.0-2 years of experience in HR, HRIS, payroll support, data analysis, or related administrative role.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry and validation.Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle transactions.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business applications.Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.Ability to learn new systems and adapt to evolving technology. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.1+ years’ experience in vendor management, compliance, supply chain, project management, process improvement, business analytics, or a related field.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills,High degree of proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.Experience with D365 or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.OpenText or other managed services experience preferred.Experience with Microsoft Forms and Flow are preferred. Strong, professional, and effective verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.GXS UPC catalog knowledge would be a benefit.\Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages open feedback, collaboration, and innovation.Ability to adapt well to changes in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
