About the Role
The Vendor Compliance Analyst should be a business professional with the ability to multi-task extensively while staying organized. This role requires a self-starter who works independently as well as in a team environment with minimal instruction to meet deadlines in a timely manner. The Analyst must be confident, with a strong understanding of operations, and able to communicate concisely with all levels of employees within the company and its customers.
The Vendor Compliance Analyst will be responsible for an array of tasks that encompass the entire workflow process within the Vendor Compliance team, from new customer set-up through management of ongoing customer requirements to avoid future non-compliance deductions.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of Fossil customer’s requirements for onboarding
- Decrease costs through non-compliance deductions by researching and disputing erroneous claims
- Monitor, track, implement, or negotiate customer requirement changes to support Fossil’s best practices or secure exemptions
- Create and maintain support documentation for execution of customer requirements within Fossil
- Develop new and maintain existing relationships (internal and external) to support collaboration for mutually successful outcomes
- Project management, whether independently or within a team, to aid in the completion of complex, challenging, and time-sensitive projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with the following:
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Google Mail, Drive, and Docs
- SAP AS400/PKMS
- Customer Service/Support/Operations
- Vendor Compliance Deductions and/or Requirements
- Multifaceted, allowing for the ability to acclimate seamlessly into any setting
- Must be able to collaborate within a multi-functional team
- Highly focused self-starter
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to successfully multi-task in a high-paced environment with conflicting priorities
- Analytical with superior attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Team player who also works well independently
- Bilingual is a plus
