About the role

As a member of the MANGO team, you will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain store operations in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service according to MANGO’s brand standards, applying sales techniques learned in training.
• Actively contribute to achieving commercial performance indicators.
• Recommend products, outfits, and accessories tailored to customer needs.
• Process all cash transactions smoothly, efficiently, and accurately to ensure an optimal end to the customer experience.
• Maintain cash register supplies (packaging, gift boxes, receipt rolls, etc.) and ensure cleanliness at checkout areas.
• Participate in back-office tasks, including deliveries, stock replenishment, inventory transfers, and product handling.
• Take part in inventory counts.
• Apply merchandising and display rules to maintain organized and visually appealing product presentation.
• Handle stock replenishment and product labeling.
• Manage Click & Collect and online sales operations.
• Support the implementation of commercial promotions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure the sales floor is welcoming and well-presented.
