Responsibilities

• Provide customer service according to brand standards, applying sales techniques learned in Mango training.
• Actively contribute to the development of commercial indicators.
• Recommend products, outfits, and accessories that meet customer needs.
• Process all cash transactions smoothly, efficiently, and accurately to ensure an optimal end to the customer’s in-store experience.
• Maintain cash register supplies (packaging, gift boxes, receipt rolls, etc.) and ensure the cleanliness of the checkout area.
• Participate in all back-office operations: deliveries, restocking, inbound and outbound transfers, and product handling.
• Actively participate in inventory counts.
• Apply merchandising and display rules for shelves and product presentation.
• Handle restocking, labeling, Click & Collect, and online sales.
• Participate in the setup of commercial operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness to ensure a welcoming sales floor.
