Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with venous disease
- Perform or learn superficial venous procedures, including:
- Varithena
- VenaSeal
- Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
- Develop and maintain a busy procedural practice
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and ultrasound technologists
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a team-oriented environment
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician
- Interest in vascular and venous disease treatment
- Prior vein procedure experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a commitment to outstanding patient care
- Full-time schedule (5 days per week)
- Busy, established practice with excellent referral base
- Dedicated support staff, including experienced medical assistants and ultrasound technologists
- Excellent opportunity for procedural growth and mentorship
- Strong earning potential with uncapped productivity incentives
- Base salary of $275,000-$300,000
- Productivity bonus with total earning potential of $450,000+
