Hospitalist - Fort Worth, TX

About the role

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at various facilities
• Utilize proprietary wound-specific EMR for documentation in real-time
• Visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating 20-30 patients
• Participate in a comprehensive 6-month wound care fellowship
• Embrace flexibility with a mobile practice within a 40-60 mile radius

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
• Experience in clinical documentation and patient care
• Passion for wound care and patient services

Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 annually
