Total Rewards

• Annual base salary of $378,000 (minimum work requirement: 168 twelve-hour shifts per year)
• Eligible for additional pay for extra shifts as well as a premium for night shifts
• Year two: Eligible for quality incentive plan up to 10% annually
• Up to $25,000 signing bonus
• Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
• Up to $5,000 CME Allowance

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved ACGME - accredited Internal Medicine Residency program.
• Required Certification/Licensure: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Current unrestricted MD/DO license by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners, Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association.
• Must obtain and maintain staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Must meet all qualifications to participate in hospital’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
