Job Details

• Primary responsibility is on-site adult (admit and cross cover) inpatient care
• Academic affiliation with Internal Medicine residency program at Creighton University School of Medicine
• Cerner EMR links all of our outpatient and inpatient facilities
• Paid malpractice, Generous annual CME stipend, Excellent benefit package

Job Requirements

• MD or DO Degree
• BC/BE
• Active or eligible license in the state of Arizona State medical licensure
• Completed ACGME Residency training with current ABMS Board Certification
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing a high-acuity patient census
• Strong commitment to quality improvement initiatives
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center environment with high-volume emergency and critical care services, including advanced neurosurgery and cardiovascular care
