Responsibilities
- Drive customer satisfaction and be the brand ambassador.
- Manage existing customer accounts.
- Negotiate to obtain the best sales price.
- Finalize sales transactions and process necessary paperwork.
- Work with Hertz Direct to Dealer sales.
- Outbound calls to obtain new business opportunities.
- Maintain a presentable car lot.
- Manage the back-flow lot.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A high school diploma or general equivalency diploma.
- Self-motivation to meet and exceed metrics.
- Ability to travel.
Qualifications
- Passion for driving customer satisfaction.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Pay
The starting wage for this position is $43,888/yr + eligible for bonus incentives.
