Responsibilities

  • Drive customer satisfaction and be the brand ambassador.
  • Manage existing customer accounts.
  • Negotiate to obtain the best sales price.
  • Finalize sales transactions and process necessary paperwork.
  • Work with Hertz Direct to Dealer sales.
  • Outbound calls to obtain new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a presentable car lot.
  • Manage the back-flow lot.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A high school diploma or general equivalency diploma.
  • Self-motivation to meet and exceed metrics.
  • Ability to travel.

Qualifications

  • Passion for driving customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Pay

The starting wage for this position is $43,888/yr + eligible for bonus incentives.

Schedule

Hybrid work for home position.
