Vehicle Spray Painter - Linwood

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming) maintaining high quality standards
• Applying paints, coatings, and finishes using professional spray equipment
• Stripping various vehicle components in preparation for painting (experience advantageous but not essential)
• Following all health & safety procedures and promoting a positive health & safety culture
• Working collaboratively to meet deadlines and production targets
• Mentoring apprentices, sharing knowledge and supporting their development within the workshop team

Qualifications/Skills required

• Proven experience in commercial, automotive, or industrial spray painting
• Confident using spray guns and associated equipment
• Excellent eye for detail and commitment to high standards
• A team player with the ability to work independently
• Good understanding of workshop health & safety
• Relevant qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
