Vehicle Operations Assistant – New Center Opening (Mission Viejo)

Responsibilities

• Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid customers, both internal and external
• Facilitating vehicle movements, including dropping off or picking up customer and inventory vehicles and/or loaners and moves between locations/offsite lots
• Managing inventory readiness, washing, staging, charging and software updating vehicles as required
• Aiding in lot management, ensuring vehicles are well-organized and ready for sale
• Coodinating with external carriers while loading/unloading vehicles, conducting inspections and logging paperwork as required
• Assist in daily operations of the Delivery team in varied duties as assigned by the Delivery Manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $22.50 - $28.00 USD
