Role Overview The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and maximum availability of machinery and mechanical equipment. Key Responsibilities Performing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance on robotic systems and peripherals.Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic components, using manual, power, and computerized tools.Executing preventive, reactive, and proactive maintenance following standard procedures and troubleshooting malfunctions.Documenting maintenance activities, communicating with teams, and supporting continuous improvement.Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and supporting cost-effective resource usage. Qualifications & Skills Journeyman card or minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an industrial vehicle maintenance mechanic.Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, especially in robotic vehicle maintenance.High School Diploma or GED; effective communication skills; ability to use hand tools.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work flexible hours including overtime and weekends.Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to develop technical skills.
