VEHICLE MAINT SHOP SUPERVISOR Stennis, MS
Key Responsibilities
Cook up access to CESE/MHE, shop workflow, maintenance schedules, and use of Government-furnished equipment.
Manage labor flow, parts status, Fleet Focus documentation, and shop issue resolution.
Support safe, timely maintenance execution and maintain equipment readiness.
Communicate with Government stakeholders on priorities, delays, and repair status.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of shop supervisor experience in OEM dealership, commercial maintenance, or military maintenance environment.
- Proficiency with Asset Works Fleet Focus.
- Knowledge of safety, hazardous materials handling, and installation access requirements.
- Valid driver’s license, U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain installation access, and Secret clearance where required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting NSW, SOF, NAVFAC, or DoD fleet maintenance missions.
- Experience supervising dispersed teams.
- Active Secret clearance.
