Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer

Full-time training provided with immediate hire.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full time (35-40 hours a week)
• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may stay later on Tuesdays for auction sale day prep)
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (may come in early on Wednesday mornings for auction day prep)
• No nights or weekends

Responsibilities

• Review vehicle inspection data and photos to write detailed condition reports.
• Identify damage, wear, or discrepancies using provided guidelines and industry standards.
• Ensure reports meet internal quality control standards and client requirements.
• Work with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings when needed.
• Submit timely, polished reports that support vehicle sales, leasing, or valuation processes.
• Complete 20 to 30 condition reports daily.
• Work as PSI or Arbitration inspector on sale day.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to work outside during all weather conditions.
• Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs. without difficulty.
• Regular and consistent availability and attendance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for duration of employment.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
