Honda of Tomball is looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Vehicle Buyer Specialist to acquire vehicles and help customers explore opportunities to upgrade their current vehicles, while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the process. The position offers opportunities for advancement and career growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide outgoing, friendly, energetic, and professional customer service with strong attentiveness and follow‑up.
• Educate guests on options available through vehicle purchase, acquisition, upgrade, or selling their current vehicle.
• Generate new business and utilize the existing customer base to create value for upgrades or sales.
• Apply strong decision‑making and active listening to anticipate customer needs.
• Make an average of 50+ phone calls per day, demonstrating solid phone etiquette and communication.
• Utilize the CRM tracking system and other online tools daily to monitor, track, and follow up with customers.

Qualifications

• Team‑player attitude with prompt, courteous service.
• Strong follow‑up skills and enthusiastic personality.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record per dealership guidelines.
• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check.
