Vehicle Acquisition Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Administer training plans and development of assigned employees/positions
• Manage department monthly objectives and daily tasks
• Develop, train, and monitor customer engagement and follow-up word tracks
• Create and define processes for Agent efficiency
• Create internal/external paperwork and documents for assigned positions
• Execute correct cross department communication and process flow
