This is a prepackaged Grab & Go business. No table seven, no six tops, just being creative, producing and packaging breakfast and lunch for our food shop! Hot and cold options. Lots of prep-work. Responsibilities

• Create and produce a seasonal Grab & Go Breakfast and Lunch Menu catering to Vegans, Vegetarians and Meat Lovers.
• Use 100% locally sourced and organic ingredients to prepare meals from scratch, pre-packaged daily.
• Offer hot soups year-round, with options for Vegan, Vegetarian, and Meat varieties.
• Address common allergens such as: Gluten free, dairy free, low salt for high blood pressure, and safe natural sugars for diabetics.

Requirements

Seasoned Vegan Chef. Must have experience.
