About the role
You will make an impact by designing, configuring, and optimizing Veeva-based regulatory solutions that streamline compliance processes for global life sciences operations. You will be a valued member of the regulatory technology team and work collaboratively with regulatory affairs stakeholders, quality teams, and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Veeva-based regulatory applications to support end-to-end management of product registration and submission data across global markets
- Configure and customize Veeva regulatory modules to align with complex business processes while ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Collaborate with regulatory stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions that improve submission accuracy and cycle times
- Optimize Veeva implementations by analyzing system performance and implementing enhancements that improve reliability and user productivity
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and support for Veeva regulatory applications
Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in Veeva regulatory platforms with proven experience configuring complex enterprise solutions
- 8–10 years of experience in enterprise application development delivering stable and scalable implementations
- In-depth understanding of regulatory processes in life sciences or related industries aligned with compliance expectations
- Experience in relational data modeling and reporting concepts supporting regulatory analytics and decision-making
- Familiarity with validation and sing practices for regulated systems ensuring reliable and compliant technology outcomes
Qualifications
- Experience with integration patterns between Veeva and other enterprise systems for seamless data flow
- Prowess in collaborating effectively in a hybrid/global environment using modern tools
- Strong documentation skills for technical designs, configurations, and deployment processes
- Experience supporting audit readiness and regulatory traceability requirements
- Ability to mentor junior team members and promote best practices in design and coding standards

Pay
The annual salary for this position is between $60,000p.a - $95,000 p.a depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
