Sr Pega Developer

About the role

As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support business processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Design and develop Pega applications using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform.
• Configure and customize Pega applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement best practices and design principles to ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of Pega applications.
• Perform unit testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with other systems and technologies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications in production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and trends and propose innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pega Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform and Pega application development.
• Proficiency in Pega configuration, customization, and integration.
• One or more Pega Architect certifications.
• Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega methodologies and best practices.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
