About the role

As a VDC Manager, you will have a transformative impact on Tampa’s evolving skyline. Leading long-term, pivotal projects, your strategic vision and managerial expertise will drive significant achievements in the region. Your role is integral in guiding our mission to create landmark projects that symbolize our collective effort and dedication. In this leadership position, you will inspire and manage a team of VDC professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Your approach balances team synergy with individual empowerment, aligning with our core values and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of VDC professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Oversee long-term, pivotal projects that significantly impact the Tampa region.
  • Shape the strategic direction of projects and the company.
  • Drive innovation and set new industry standards in VDC practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the VDC industry.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing diverse and dynamic teams.
  • Strategic vision and innovative mindset in a structured and evolving environment.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Autodesk and other leading industry software.
  • Commitment to nurturing relationships and upholding core values.

Physical Demands

  • Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office.
  • Moving outdoors on uneven surfaces on project sites.
  • Frequently ascends/descends ladders and stairs.
  • Frequently lift, move, carry, and operate equipment in excess of 50 lbs.
  • Frequently operates a computer and other office/VDC equipment.
  • Ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance to jobsites.
  • Travel and co-location per project requirements, including occasional travel to other office locations.
  • Ability to work night shifts and/or Saturdays when needed per project requirements.
