About the role
Acclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate nursing professional ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
- Support the DON and ADON in daily nursing operations and unit oversight
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Manage staffing and scheduling to maintain optimal coverage and control overtime
- Address and resolve staff and resident concerns, escalating when appropriate
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, care plan meetings, and committees
- Provide clinical guidance, training, and hands-on support to staff
- Oversee MDS completion and assist with discharge planning
- Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of nursing staff
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care
Requirements
- Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- At least 6 months of rehabilitative or restorative nursing experience preferred
- Long-term care experience strongly preferred

Pay
Up to $110,000 annually (based on experience)
