Responsibilities
- Lead your unit in accordance with policy/procedure
- Assume direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care on the unit
- Safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities
Requirements
- Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing
- Supervisory experience in a LTC
- Leadership skills
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Unit Manager position
- Experience leading a unit in accordance with policy/procedure
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds
