About the role

We're seeking a VDC Manager who excels in VDC and BIM best practices, enjoys tackling complex coordination challenges, and is passionate about delivering high-quality models that enhance construction efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of project-specific BIM Execution Plans
  • Create and maintain detailed project models using Revit and other modeling software
  • Lead model coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews with project teams and trade partners
  • Support reality capture and field layout workflows, including drones, 360 cameras, and point cloud scans
  • Collaborate with the Senior VDC Manager to refine and maintain VDC standards, templates, and best practices
  • Work with Construction Technology to align VDC workflows with field technology and project management tools
  • Provide project team support and training on VDC processes and tools
  • Participate in internal and external presentations, meetings, and client coordination efforts

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, FARO, Navisworks, and Procore BIM tools; proficiency with model-based coordination, scheduling integration, and constructability analysis; ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across departments and project partners; strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement in workflows and technology

Qualifications

  • Experience: Deep knowledge of VDC and BIM best practices; enjoyment of solving complex coordination challenges; pride in delivering high-quality models that support field coordination, scheduling, and quality construction
