About the role
The VDC Manager is responsible for overseeing the Virtual Delivery Office (VDO) team in St. Louis, Missouri. This individual will ensure that all virtual services are delivered efficiently and effectively, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the VDO team.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a technology or service delivery environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
