Identify design gaps, coordination risks, and constructability challenges early to inform pricing and strategy
Lead constructability and coordination reviews during preconstruction to ensure design documents meet a high standard of care, are fully buildable, and support accurate pricing and planning
Drive Project Execution & Coordination
Lead multi-disciplinary coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, and site/underground systems
Advance constructability efforts during construction by translating coordinated design models into clear, usable construction tools (3D models, clash detection outputs, and field-ready information) that support project execution
Manage clash detection and model integration to reduce RFIs, rework, and field conflicts
Advance Reality Capture, Site Modeling & Digital Construction
Integrate point cloud data and laser scanning into models to accurately represent existing conditions
Develop site and logistics models, including grading, haul routes, laydown areas, and sequencing plans
