Responsibilities

• Coordinate consolidated Templates insource and trades models of our Data Centers, utilizing Revit and Navisworks to maintain our standards
• Work independently and within a team environment to accomplish assigned tasks, including working with internal groups as well as external suppliers and consultants, manufacturers, vendors, and contractors
• Be self-motivated and work within the BIM Design group as well as within other teams
• Update and modify existing models, studies and construction documents as required
• Assist with creating, maintaining, and enforcing BIM templates and standards
• Audit project deliverables and monitor quality
• Lead design coordination meetings with other trades for clash detection and resolution
• Work on concurrent projects in multiple geographical locations
• Assist the project team with information exchange processes between internal and external customers
• Provide coordination support for information requests during construction phases
• Record and report key metrics to management
• Travel to Data Center sites for engineering evaluations and surveys as required (on average: once or twice a year)
• Be positive and always offer creative, out of the box solutions

Requirements

• Experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination
• 3+ years of producing construction drawings for mission critical facilities
• Experience with Navisworks
• Experience with Autodesk Forma or ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region
• Knowledge of commercial or industrial power systems or mechanical systems
• Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production
• Experience using a variety of web-based and other software tools for calculation and data processing
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• USA, TX, Austin: 96,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Herndon: 96,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Seattle: 96,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
