Responsibilities
- Coordinate consolidated Templates insource and trades models of our Data Centers, utilizing Revit and Navisworks to maintain our standards
- Work independently and within a team environment to accomplish assigned tasks, including working with internal groups as well as external suppliers and consultants, manufacturers, vendors, and contractors
- Be self-motivated and work within the BIM Design group as well as within other teams
- Update and modify existing models, studies and construction documents as required
- Assist with creating, maintaining, and enforcing BIM templates and standards
- Audit project deliverables and monitor quality
- Lead design coordination meetings with other trades for clash detection and resolution
- Work on concurrent projects in multiple geographical locations
- Assist the project team with information exchange processes between internal and external customers
- Provide coordination support for information requests during construction phases
- Record and report key metrics to management
- Travel to Data Center sites for engineering evaluations and surveys as required (on average: once or twice a year)
- Be positive and always offer creative, out of the box solutions
Requirements
- Experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination
- 3+ years of producing construction drawings for mission critical facilities
- Experience with Navisworks
- Experience with Autodesk Forma or ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
Qualifications
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region
- Knowledge of commercial or industrial power systems or mechanical systems
- Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production
- Experience using a variety of web-based and other software tools for calculation and data processing
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

- USA, TX, Austin: 96,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Herndon: 96,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle: 96,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
