Preferred Qualifications
- Academic background and experience in the field of art education
- Teaching experience in the area of K-12 art for 5 years or more
- Awareness and comprehension of current teaching strategies
- Ability to travel to multiple school settings within target area
- Ability to work with the public in a pleasant, cooperative, collaborative manner
- Demonstrated experience working in and fostering an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a diverse population
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Art Education or terminal degree in related field
- Teaching experience in the area of K-12 art
- Awareness and comprehension of current teaching strategies
