Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT management experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ITIL and/or COBIT frameworks
• Experience with IT service management tools
