The VBC Economics & Delivery- Manual Attribution Consultant role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. About the role

This role is responsible for coordinating and consolidating various impact analyses for management reporting. Key responsibilities include establishing, improving, and optimizing consolidating processes for forecast and month-end results, preparing executive summary reports for various business segments, analyzing and designing solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs, collaborating with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products, and coordinating with external audits as appropriate. The role also acts as the central contact with internal departments and external auditors.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates financial performance of complex organizations
  • Improves and optimizes consolidating processes for forecast and month-end results

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration with minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Preferred: Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, planning, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and draw up plans to address issues/concerns

  • Experience providing leadership in evaluating financial performance of complex organizations
  • Strong knowledge of products and internal business models and data systems
