About the role
The Vascular Status Full-time Nurse Practitioner position at Advocate Health specializes in providing comprehensive care to patients with vascular conditions. This role requires a strong background in vascular medicine and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with vascular conditions using evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding vascular health management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois.
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
- Experience in vascular medicine or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
$47.50 - $71.25 per hour based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
