About the role
Piedmont Heart Institute is seeking an experienced BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to join the newly established Piedmont Henry Hospital Cardiology group. The surgeon will help grow a complex patient care program focused on delivering excellent, outcome‑driven cardiovascular services. Piedmont Henry Hospital is a 259‑bed facility in Stockbridge, GA, recently designated a Level III Trauma Center and home to one of the busiest emergency departments in the Piedmont system. The surrounding area offers family‑friendly parks, dining, shopping, and recreational options such as Clark Community Park and Eagles Landing Country Club. Piedmont Heart provides a Level I Cardiovascular Center with a multidisciplinary team of over 180 cardiovascular physicians and surgeons across more than 20 cardiology offices statewide. Responsibilities
- Perform open and minimally invasive endovascular procedures
- Perform complex/hybrid transcatheter aortic surgical procedures, including enterectomy and bypass grafting
- Provide endovascular therapies for pulmonary embolism
Requirements
- BC/BE Vascular Surgeon
- 2‑3+ years of experience
