About the Role
Piedmont Heart is hiring a board-certified Vascular Surgeon to lead the Vascular division at our Piedmont Cartersville hospital location. This role involves growing our service volume, enhancing our regional reputation, and supporting a high-volume, complex patient care program that delivers excellent service with outcome-driven cardiovascular options.
The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of surgeries, including:
- Open and minimally invasive endovascular procedures
- Complex/hybrid transcatheter aortic surgical procedures, including endarterectomy and bypass grafting
- Endovascular therapies for pulmonary embolism
Responsibilities
- Lead the Vascular division, driving growth in service volume and regional reputation
- Provide high-volume, complex patient care with a focus on excellent outcomes
- Perform open, minimally invasive, and hybrid vascular surgeries
