Job Summary
Here at Piedmont Heart Institute, we are seeking a skilled and motivated BC/BE Vascular Surgeon for our Piedmont Augusta Hospital location. This position is supported by clinic and hospital nursing and support team members, robust IT infrastructure, and optimal procedural suites to support services.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high quality and compassionate care to patients. This role is part of a multidisciplinary Heart Institute that specializes in adult care, offering quaternary advanced cardiac care including LVADs & ECMO, structural heart program, EPS, PE intervention, interventional and non-invasive cardiology program with the exception of cardiac transplants.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible in Vascular Surgery
- Eligible for a Georgia Medical License
- Ability to handle procedural work independently
- Comfort overseeing PA/NP
- Ability to perform full breadth of Vascular Surgery
- Commitment to teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration
