Position Highlights

  • Diagnose and treat compound vascular conditions in a varied patient population
  • Perform minimally invasive endovascular procedures
  • Work in a flexible, no-call environment with support from experienced staff and outpatient facilities
  • Collaborate with a team of 2-3 NPs and PA’s, handling mainly outpatient-based interventions

Qualifications

  • Board Certification or eligibility in Vascular Surgery or Interventional Radiology
  • Texas Medical License or able to obtain one
  • Integrated Vascular Surgery candidate preferred or 5+2 pathway candidates with strong endovascular skills
  • Strong clinical judgment and a duty to the highest quality of patient care

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of standing during procedures.
  • Ability to lift or move equipment and assist with patient positioning as needed.
  • Ability to use radiologic and endovascular equipment safely.
  • Adequate vision, hearing, and communication abilities to perform clinical duties.
  • Ability to respond rapidly in procedural or clinical emergency situations.
